On April 24, TigerMeat has officially closed our window. It feels like it was just yesterday I approached my family with the idea of starting a business. Thinking I would just set up the stand occasionally on the weekends, TigerMeat took off and became bigger than I could have imagined. Some of my favorite memories were setting up regularly at Paddle Dog Adventures, Steeplechase, winning “Best Between Bread” in the Nashville Food Truck Association, being featured by Dave Ramsey, but most of all, working small parties for families around the Nashville area. TigerMeat brought me joy and I could not have done it without my family, and all of you. Learning how to operate a business by navigating permits, suppliers, equipment, and customer service are all skills I value and use to this day. What I have learned most is the importance and value of taking care of each customer. Meeting all of you was an absolute pleasure, and the connections I have made will always be important to me. Thank you for supporting me over the past 7 years.
To all families that hosted us for private, corporate, and countless events. It has been a pleasure working with all of you.
Summer of 2015, TigerMeat's Jack Abrams was interviewed for a new program being released January of 2016. The project will be directed to middle schools across the nation in an attempt to inspire others to start their own business
